Executive Assistant & Finance Coordinator
Anchorage, Alaska
 Pay Range: $60,000–$80,000 DOE

What You’ll Do
  • Provide proactive administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage calendars, priorities, and follow-through
  • Lead onboarding/offboarding and support benefits coordination
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and assist with leave/time-off processes
  • Prepare invoices, track receivables, and support A/P and cashflow tasks
  • Assist with 1099s, year-end documents, and SOP maintenance
  • Manage subscriptions, vendors, and insurance documentation
  • Support office operations and travel logistics
 
What You Bring
  • 2–4 years of experience in admin, HR, finance operations, or similar
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and similar tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but experience welcomed
