A respected Alaska-based industrial services organization is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead sales strategy, business development, and proposal efforts across multiple markets. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who brings confidence, curiosity, and the drive to grow a complex business while building strong internal and external partnerships.
The company has a solid technical foundation and experienced operating teams. The next VP of Sales will help sharpen market focus, strengthen customer relationships, and guide sustainable growth.
What you will do
- Lead sales strategy, revenue planning, and pipeline management
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners
- Oversee bids and proposals, including pricing and win strategy
- Partner closely with operations to align sales efforts with delivery
- Lead and develop a small sales team
- Represent the company in the market and within the broader industry
What we are looking for
- Senior sales leadership experience in an industrial, construction, infrastructure, or technical services environment
- Proven ability to grow revenue and influence outcomes at an executive level
- Strong relationship-building skills and comfort working across diverse markets
- A collaborative leadership style grounded in trust and accountability
- Solid business judgment and the ability to ask thoughtful, challenging questions
- Willingness to travel as needed and stay engaged with customers
A technical background is helpful but not required. Leadership presence, adaptability, and a long-term mindset are essential.
