Our client is looking for a Senior (Utilities, Surface Transportation, or Site Development) Project Civil Engineer to lead site projects and collaborate directly with stakeholders.

Each day in this role brings new challenges and opportunities to make a lasting impact. As a Senior (Utilities) Project Civil Engineer, you'll take the lead in designing and managing utility infrastructure projects from start to finish. You’ll develop Preliminary Engineering Reports (PERs), provide expert recommendations for design solutions, and prepare final plans, specifications, and cost estimates for construction bidding.

Beyond the office, you'll get hands-on experience conducting site visits and traveling to rural locations to inspect and test utility systems. Your role doesn’t end once the plans are finalized—you’ll also provide critical technical support during construction, including reviewing submittals and conducting milestone site inspections to ensure everything stays on track.
