What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle while shaping the experience of both candidates and clients:
- Source high-potential and passive candidates using creative strategies, social platforms, networking, and events
- Build strong relationships with talent pools, hiring managers, and local industry contacts
- Screen, interview, and match great people to great opportunities—sometimes across multiple roles
- Maintain organized pipelines and keep candidates informed every step of the way
- Coordinate interviews, manage ATS workflows, and ensure accurate documentation
- Attend job fairs, client visits, and professional events (occasionally outside business hours)
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Help shape recruitment goals, KPIs, and strategies
- Deliver a positive, seamless experience for every candidate and client
What You Bring
You’ll thrive in this position if you are:
- Experienced in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related role (2–3+ years ideal)
- Skilled in communication, relationship-building, and professional writing
- Proficient with ATS/CRM systems and MS Office
- Organized, detail-oriented, and great at juggling competing priorities
- Creative, proactive, and adaptable when plans shift
- Eager to learn, grow, and collaborate with a seasoned team of recruitment pros
- Bonus: Experience with employer branding or social-media-based sourcing
A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable—but equivalent experience also counts.
