What You'll Do
As the Relationship Manager — our client's "Director of First Impressions" — you'll be the first friendly face clients see and the first voice they hear on the phone. Responsibilities include:
As the Relationship Manager — our client's "Director of First Impressions" — you'll be the first friendly face clients see and the first voice they hear on the phone. Responsibilities include:
- Checking, sorting, responding to, and sending emails
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Keeping the office clean, neat, and orderly
- Assisting with preparing forms and stocking office supplies
- Supporting other office tasks as needed
This is a great entry point into the financial planning industry, with genuine room for growth — most current employees have worked their way up within the company, and the firm actively encourages and supports continuing education.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and great attention to detail
- Friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to make a great first impression
- Trustworthy and dependable
- Able to learn, adapt, and work well as part of a team
- Little to no experience required — any relevant experience is a plus
Additional Details
- Schedule: Approximately 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm
- Location: Anchorage, conveniently located near the University District
- Closed on stock market holidays
