Relationship Specialist 1 – Kenai, AK (On-site)
Pay Range: $20.00 – $29.17/hour
About the Opportunity:

As a Relationship Specialist 1, you’ll be the friendly face members rely on for everyday banking needs—balancing accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive and disburse funds, post deposits and loan payments, process transfers, money orders, cash advances, and withdrawals.
- Open and maintain savings, checking, money market, and certificate accounts.
- Assist with card services—issue temporary cards, reset PINs, and order replacements.
- Perform account maintenance (address and name changes, etc.).
- Recommend products and services that meet member needs.
- Ensure compliance with BSA, Regulation CC, D, E, and all applicable regulations.
- Complete all required compliance and professional development training.
- Balance cash drawer and maintain confidentiality of all member information.
- Represent the Credit Union positively and professionally.
- 1+ year of branch operations or retail banking experience.
- Knowledge of deposit products, account services, and applicable regulations.
- Strong math, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office systems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure with frequent interruptions.
- Completion of all compliance-related coursework; NMLS registration required.
- Additional branch operations or retail experience.
