Are you ready to lead a team and make a real impact in accounting and tax services?
As a CPA Manager, you’ll take ownership of a variety of accounting and tax assignments while guiding a team of professionals to deliver high-quality work. You’ll oversee the organization and coordination of client tax data, ensuring that individual, corporate, partnership, S-Corp, and trust returns are accurate and completed on time. This role allows you to apply your technical expertise, mentor staff, and contribute strategically to client engagements and firm operations. Success in this role comes from your ability to manage complex assignments, lead a team, and deliver exceptional results.
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to work at a public accounting firm that actually means it when they say “work-life balance,” here’s your chance to find out.

Your day-to-day: In this role, you’ll balance leadership, client service, and hands-on accounting work. You’ll oversee your team in making adjusting entries, preparing trial balances and financial statements, and reconciling accounts, while also managing depreciation schedules, property and equipment computations, and accruals. You’ll ensure audits, reviews, and compilations are completed accurately and efficiently, and guide staff in preparing federal, state, and local tax returns. A big part of your day will be reviewing client-submitted information, addressing questions, performing tax research, and proofing financial statements and tax documents. You’ll communicate with clients regarding invoices and fees, assist with collections, and ensure confidentiality in all client matters. Along the way, you’ll coach and mentor staff, manage timelines and deadlines, and keep projects moving smoothly, all while following firm policies and procedures and maintaining a culture of integrity and accountability.
