Our client, a leading air medical transport provider serving Alaska is looking for a new Business Development & Marketing Coordinator. This key role supports our client's mission by strengthening outreach, partner engagement, and marketing efforts while serving as a front-line representative of the organization. This role builds relationships with hospital partners and community organizations, supports events and sponsorships, and maintains a consistent pipeline of content that reflects the client's work in the field.
 
What you'll do
  • Execute structured outreach to hospital partners, building relationships with line staff and department-level stakeholders
  • Serve as a front-line representative at events, hospitals, and partner engagements; handle issues and complaints professionally
  • Coordinate and staff facility visits, drop-ins, and partner touchpoints aligned with business development priorities
  • Attend and support community events, sponsorships, and outreach activities across Alaska
  • Gather photos, stories, and field insights to support marketing, social media, and newsletter content
  • Coordinate and manage marketing collateral, swag, and branded materials across multiple bases
  • Track outreach activities, partner interactions, and follow-ups in CRM (Dynamics 365)
  • Support the client's membership program through outreach, events, and partner-facing materials
  • Collaborate with internal operations, clinical, and leadership teams to align messaging and identify engagement opportunities
 
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, event coordination, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with clinical staff, executives, and community members
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Dynamics 365 preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and set up/break down event materials in a variety of environments
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
 
Work environment
Work is performed in office settings, hospitals, and community locations. Regular travel throughout Alaska is required. Evening and weekend availability is expected based on event schedules.
