Role Summary
Owns product vision, prioritization, and value realization across transformation initiatives. Translates stakeholder needs into a coherent roadmap and backlog tied to measurable outcomes, including an ERP evaluation track and subsequent modernization epics. This is a consulting-style product owner who can lead requirements and tradeoffs across departments.
Core Capabilities
- Problem structuring, requirements synthesis, and prioritization
- Roadmap and backlog ownership tied to outcomes and adoption
- Stakeholder alignment across executives, departments, and delivery teams
- KPI definition and value tracking (service continuity, cycle time, compliance)
- Agile rigor without becoming feature-focused
Technical Background
Must have
- Experience owning requirements and prioritization for enterprise platforms in complex organizations.
- Ability to write requirements and acceptance criteria for integration-heavy work (data quality, interfaces, audit controls, identity and access patterns).
- Enough Azure literacy to prioritize platform, integration, security, and data epics intelligently.
Bonus if having
- Familiarity with E1 concepts and cross-department ERP impacts.
- Familiarity with NEOGOV or similar workflow platforms.
