What will your day look like?
You’ll take the lead in designing smooth and efficient intake processes, discovering top talent, and crafting compelling job offers that attract the best candidates. Collaborating closely with managers, you’ll develop insightful behavioral interview questions to find the perfect fit for each role. Your creativity will come into play as you write engaging job posts that draw in diverse candidates, and you’ll play a key role in making the onboarding experience seamless and welcoming. You’ll have the chance to take the lead in developing and facilitating recruitment training and support materials for hiring managers, offering valuable tools to enhance their hiring process. You’ll also research and recommend the best Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment and manage the internal transfer and promotion processes—playing a key role in fostering growth within the organization.

You need:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing, business, communications, or related field. Four years of experience may be substituted for required education.
  • Minimum of two years of human resources experience. Additional education or other relevant experience may be substituted for required experience.
  • SHRM or HRCI or equivalent certification preferred
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of HR information systems
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws related to recruitment
  • Strong business acumen
  • Skill in policy development
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging best practices
  • Exemplary communication, integrity, and teamwork practices
