"Make it Monday" forum - Paid Family and Medical Leave for Alaska
Trevor Storrs has an extensive background spanning nearly three decades, dedicated to collaborative work with the nonprofit sector. Presently, he assumes the role of President & CEO at the Alaska Children’s Trust (ACT), the only statewide organization with the mission of preventing child abuse and neglect. Trevor’s educational journey commenced at the University of Lethbridge, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. He later pursued his studies at Gallaudet University, a unique institution catering to the deaf community, situated in Washington DC, where he earned a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. Post-graduation in 1997, Trevor embarked on his Alaskan journey and moved to Anchorage.
