Building / Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $26–$32/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available

TDL Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Building / Facilities Maintenance Technician to support a well-established maintenance team in Anchorage. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in quality repairs, and plays an important role in keeping buildings safe, functional, and well-maintained.

In this position, you’ll handle a wide range of maintenance tasks across building systems and amenities. From routine repairs to responding to urgent issues, your skills will directly support residents, staff, and daily operations. What You’ll Be Doing

Perform general building and facilities maintenance and repairs
Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC units, fixtures, and plumbing systems
Complete minor carpentry, painting, patching, and light remodeling projects
Assist with groundskeeping and basic custodial tasks as needed
Respond to on-call maintenance emergencies as part of a rotating schedule
Communicate professionally with residents, staff, and team members

Available Shifts

Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ($26-$29/HR)
Overnight Shift: Monday–Friday, 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM ($29-$32/HR)

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to gain post access (Real ID required)
Valid Alaska driver’s license with insurable driving record
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
Previous trade experience required (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, welding, construction, or general maintenance)
Must participate in rotating on-call schedule
Background screening is a part of the hiring process
