Job Title: Preschool Lead Teacher
Pay: $25 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Location: Anchorage, AK (On-site)

TDL Staffing is currently hiring a caring and experienced Preschool Lead Teacher on behalf of a respected early learning center in Anchorage. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a close-knit team that values creativity, connection, and child-led learning in a warm, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a preschool classroom of 3–5-year-olds with intention, care, and creativity
Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences
Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
Observe and assess developmental milestones
Participate in team meetings and professional development

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required; CDA, AA, or BA in Early Childhood Education preferred
At least 2 years of classroom experience is strongly preferred
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A love for hands-on, exploratory learning
