Location: Anchorage, AK
 Pay: $18–$20 per hour DOE
 Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (32 hours/week)

TDL Staffing is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a client-focused financial services office in Anchorage. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a service-first mindset. You’ll play an important role in supporting Financial Advisors, assisting clients, and helping maintain organized, efficient daily operations in a polished, professional environment.
 
This position involves coordinating schedules, managing documentation, supporting front desk and phone operations, and ensuring every client interaction leaves a positive first impression. The right candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable with numbers, and confident communicating both in writing and over the phone.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate schedules for clients and internal partners
  • Manage and process documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Support front desk operations and greet clients
  • Maintain organized records and assist with administrative tasks
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to Financial Advisors
 
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred; relevant education and/or experience will be considered
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Comfortable using multi-line phone systems and standard office technology
  • Background screening is a part of the hiring process
