Your day to day: 
Daily responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and assisting with accounts payable as needed, as well as handling monthly premium and commission payments to carriers and agencies. Carrier account reconciliations and Bordereau reporting may also be required. Collaboration with teammates is key to ensuring invoice and payment accuracy, while providing exceptional customer service through email, Zoom/Teams, and phone interactions regarding payments and past-due invoices.
Attention to detail is crucial, as maintaining proper documentation of all financial transactions and proof of payment is an integral part of the role.

You need:  
  • Five years of bookkeeping experience OR, degree in accounting, finance or business and THREE years of related experience. Please provide work history and copy of college degree
  • Strong knowledge of online banking and payment processing
  • Proven history of experience with customer management/accounting systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and data management systems
  • Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Payroll processing a plus
