Our client embraces team members who share their values of collaboration, clarity, warmth, compassion, and trustworthiness. If you share these values, take the next step in your financial career journey!
The Live Teller Connect (LTC) Representative is the virtual face of the credit union, helping members through their Interactive Teller Machines with a service experience that feels personal and attentive. In this role, you’ll handle a wide range of requests—everything from basic balance inquiries and transfers to deposits, loan payments, account research, and general questions about products and services.
You’ll look for meaningful opportunities to strengthen each member’s relationship with the credit union by offering clear guidance, helpful information, and solutions that fit their individual needs. Some interactions are quick and routine; others require deeper research and thoughtful problem-solving to get things resolved smoothly.
LTC Representatives support machines across multiple locations, taking full ownership of each interaction and ensuring every member receives timely, accurate, and genuinely supportive service that reflects the credit union’s standards.
Your day-to-day:
In this role, you’ll handle a full range of teller and member-support tasks through the Live Teller Connect system, ensuring each interaction is accurate, efficient, and genuinely helpful. You’ll process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other account requests with care, balancing daily work and resolving any discrepancies quickly.
Alongside routine transactions, you’ll help members navigate products and services, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and make account updates or maintenance changes as needed. When concerns arise, you’ll draw on your knowledge of procedures and available resources to resolve them fully - taking ownership from start to finish, even if follow-up or additional research is required.
Part of the role also includes safeguarding member information, restricting electronic access when appropriate, and exercising sound judgment to protect both the member and the credit union. You’ll stay current on required training, look for opportunities to simplify processes, and represent the organization with professionalism. Above all, you’ll contribute to a supportive, respectful environment for members and colleagues alike while assisting with other duties as they come up.
