HR Business Partner
Location: Anchorage, AK
 Pay: $34.00–$36.00/hour DOE
 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 
TDL Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support organizational leaders and employees across multiple business units. Working closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), this role plays an integral part in delivering Human Resources programs, supporting employee relations, and helping drive organizational success.
 
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations, along with the ability to build trusted relationships, exercise sound judgment, and support leaders through a wide range of Human Resources initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives
  • Assist in the delivery of HR programs, including performance management, compensation, and organizational development
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions in collaboration with HR leadership
  • Support succession planning, talent retention, and leadership development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR data, reporting, and workforce documentation
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure consistent delivery of HR programs and compliance with employment regulations
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR operations and enhance the employee experience
  • Maintain confidentiality while communicating professionally with leaders and employees
 
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible professional Human Resources experience
  • At least two (2) years of experience interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
  • Experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, performance management, or labor relations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
  • Background screening is a part of the hiring process
  • Must support a drug-free work environment
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent Human Resources certification
  • Telecommunications industry experience
  • Additional industry-related certifications
