Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

TDL Staffing is hiring Maintenance Assistants to support a maintenance team at a residential housing complex in Anchorage.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn a skilled trade.

What You'll Be Doing:

General maintenance and light repairs
Painting, landscaping, and debris cleanup
Basic plumbing and appliance repair
Assisting with various building upkeep tasks
Using hand tools and following direction from lead staff

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Is willing to learn and work hard
Has basic hand tool knowledge
Communicates well and works well with others
Is dependable and shows up on time

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
Basic hand tools
A background check is part of the hiring process
Drug-free work environment
Construction or maintenance experience is a plus
