HR Administrative Assistant

As the Human Resources Administrative Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of the organizational HR operations, helping to bring our people-centered culture to life. You’ll handle a variety of essential HR tasks and coordinate our benefits programs, ensuring everything runs smoothly and consistently with organizational policies. In addition, you'll play a key role in payroll processing, preparing and coordinating payroll data for transfer to our third-party payroll provider, ensuring accuracy and compliance with both state and federal wage and hour regulations. You need:  

  • High School diploma or GED  

  • Minimum of 2 years in administrative assistant positions or HR-related field. 

  • Experience with Workday HCM Software System, ABI Master Mind timekeeping system, and ADP Payroll Processing is preferred. (Or other similar software applications) 

  • 1 to 2 years of?data entry experience. 

  • Preferred 1-2 years of HR Assistant experience. 

  • Accurate 10-key ability 

  • Effective verbal and written communication 

  • Ability to keep confidential Information secure. 

  • Attention to detail, good organizational skills 

  • Friendly, courteous demeanor
