With 20 years of experience in aviation administration, Ms. Lindseth brings deep expertise in aviation business operations, commercial development, and strategic planning. She manages complex development projects and lease agreements, collaborating with airline partners, cargo carriers, government agencies, and private stakeholders to expand both aeronautical and non-aeronautical business opportunities. Her work includes negotiating tenant agreements, overseeing major capital investments, and identifying new passenger and cargo service opportunities to strengthen Alaska’s international aviation presence.
Ms. Lindseth has led several complex airport planning projects and successfully secured over $600 million in federal grants to support critical airport capital improvements.
She holds an MBA from the University of Alaska Anchorage and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Gonzaga University, with an emphasis in International Business and Marketing. With more than 18 years of experience in public safety and aviation management across both of Alaska’s international airports, Aaron brings a broad perspective and deep expertise in operational leadership. He previously served six years as Chief of Police and Fire for the Fairbanks and Anchorage airports, where he led dedicated public safety teams, managed complex budgets, and advanced efforts to enhance airport security and drug interdiction through one of Alaska’s primary transportation hubs. Under his leadership, both departments achieved full staffing and developed a culture that attracts and retains high-caliber employees. His collaborative work with airfield operations has strengthened compliance with FAA, TSA, and other federal programs—furthering ANC’s commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Aaron is a Certified Member (C.M.) of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and a graduate of the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History. He is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Class 282. He is proud to have worked for Representative Peggy Wilson in the Alaska Legislature and providing invited testimony to the President’s Task Force on 21st Century Policing.
Aaron’s leadership, combined with his extensive experience in both aviation and public safety, positions him to guide Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport through the challenges of winter operations and the opportunities of the summer tourism season. His vision continues to advance AIAS’s role as one of the world’s largest cargo hubs and as Alaska’s premier aviation gateway—connecting communities, commerce, and travelers from around the globe.
