"Make it Monday" forum - Alaska's Infrastructure Report Card
This program will present a report on the condition of nine core categories of Alaska's infrastructure that affect daily life and commerce throughout the State of Alaska, and will present the report card grades in the context of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) national report card. The report highlights the challenged conditions and how this impacts the economy, and offers solutions in terms of improved investment, innovation and operation and maintenance.

After a ten-year career as a land surveyor, Tor returned to College in 2002. Tor earned both his Bachelors and Master’s Degrees in Civil Engineering at Michigan Technological University.
Tor has been active in ASCE since 2007 first in the Montana Section and since 2011 in the Alaska Section. Tor chairs the Alaska report card committee and is active in government relations represent Region 8 on the ASCE State Government Relations committee.

David grew up in Southern California and moved to Anchorage in 2012. He brought his enthusiasm for Civil Engineering after being involved with ASCE in Orange County and has been an active member of since 2007. He has served on several leadership positions and conference chairmanships for ASCE. He is currently serving as the Secretary for the ASCE Alaska Section and a contributor and presenter for Infrastructure Report Card.
