"Make it Monday" forum - Alaska's Fiscal Choices and Opportunities
From her perspective as co-chair of the Senate Finance Committee, Senator von Imhof will give an overview of past events leading up to the current fiscal choices in front of the legislature, the current budget, and the proposed budget for the next fiscal year. With that background, she will explore the solutions proposed and the current political landscape. This will be illuminating for members as it will provide an "inside look" at the legislative process regarding the state budget and income.
PLUS, a presentation from Kate Sprout, Director of Sales & Marketing at the Hilton Anchorage.
