The Anchorage Museum is also home to the Smithsonian Arctic Studies Center, which presents masterworks of Alaska Native art and design from the collections of the Smithsonian Institution. An interactive Discovery Center features marine life tanks, guided exploration, makers' labs, and a planetarium. A programming and convening space called Seed Lab offers opportunities for creatives, neighbors, and others to connect and share ideas around climate and community.
