Anchorage Assembly and School Board Sign Joint Resolution
During the June 24 Regular Assembly Meeting, the Anchorage Assembly unanimously approved AR 2025-202 to co-sign a joint resolution opposing Alaska Commissioner of Education Deena Bishop's request to the State Board of Education to further limit the ability of local governments to invest in public schools.
