49th State Takes Home Medals for Smok and Nitro McCarthy Stout

We are humbled to announce that we’ve been awarded two medals at the prestigious European Beer Star competition. Breweries from 50 countries submitted 2360 beers for this year’s competition, which is widely regarded as one of the toughest in the world. It was an honor to represent Alaska at the awards ceremony in Nuremberg, Germany to accept the medals in person.  Smо̄k took home a silver medal in the Franconian Smoke Beer category, which was an especially high honor for us to accept mere kilometers from
