Introducing the Executive Fellows Initiative

In tandem with the new term, YPG is launching an exciting expansion of its leadership structure: the Executive Fellows Program. Designed as a direct extension of the Board of Directors, this inaugural cohort of fellows will work alongside the executive chairs to spearhead strategic projects.

The addition of the Executive Fellows will accelerate project development and scale the organization's capacity to deliver high-quality programming. Furthermore, the initiative provides these emerging leaders with direct access to advanced leadership training, professional development, and structured board mentorship.

"We are thrilled to kick off another impactful year with such a diverse and talented leadership team," said Vlad Finko, YPG Board Chair. "By expanding our board structure through the Executive Fellows program, we are better equipped than ever to enhance our programming, foster meaningful connections, and advocate for young professionals throughout Anchorage and the State of Alaska."
