Rock the Hill Music Festival Gets Bigger and Bolder
Anchorage, AK – May 1, 2025 – The Anchorage Concert Association is excited to announce the return of Rock the Hill, now expanded to a two-day summer celebration at Hilltop Ski Area, July 18–19, 2025. After selling out last year, this homegrown festival is back — bigger, better, and ready to showcase the best in Alaskan music, food, and outdoor fun.
Set at the foothills of the Chugach Mountains, Rock the Hill blends live music with the natural beauty of Anchorage. This year’s festival features thirteen Alaskan artists, bringing a mix of soul, indie rock, folk, jazz, and reggae.
The 2025 lineup includes: Roland Roberts Band, Midnight Son (formerly Ed Washington), Ashley Young, Yngvil Vatn Guttu, H3, Childish Tycoon, Keola, Black Barrel and the Bad Men, The Super Saturated Sugar Strings, Quinn Christopherson, grace.c.elliot, Husse, and Ralph Castelli.
In addition to live performances, festivalgoers can enjoy local food trucks and a beer garden, art, vendors, mountain biking, yoga and wellness activities, and family-friendly fun with plenty of space for the kids. Kids 12 and under receive free admission with a ticketed adult. Tickets are available now at anchorageconcerts.org/rock-the-hill.
Whether you're a longtime local or visiting for the midnight sun, Rock the Hill is your ticket to great music, good food, and fresh air in Anchorage's backyard. Anchorage Concert Association will also be presenting the Summer Concert Series in parks across Anchorage on Thursdays throughout June and July.
