Northrim President and CEO Mike Huston is pleased to announce several promotions within the bank and welcomes a new manager to the Lake Otis Community Branch.

 

Jaime Kissner, SVP — Lending Team Lead 
With more than 20 years of banking and financial industry experience, Kissner has been promoted to a newly created role in which he manages a team of lenders in Juneau and works closely with business clients to provide customized financing solutions. He has been with Northrim since 2019 and is a 2025 graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. 

Cameron Brown, Assistant Branch Manager, Jewel Lake Branch 
Brown has been promoted after building experience in several roles at Northrim, including as part of the Float team, which provides temporary staffing support to Northrim branches, and at the Midtown Financial Center. He joined Northrim in 2023 and volunteers with Junior Achievement and the Anchorage Gospel Rescue Mission to teach financial literacy.

Wendy Sioco, Assistant Branch Manager, West Anchorage Branch
Sioco joined Northrim three years ago with a decade of banking experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in foreign service and is an active member of the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Alaska. 

Sarah Hiler, Assistant Branch Manager, Retail Sales and Service 
Joining Northrim earlier this year, Hiler has 25 years of banking experience. She has been promoted to oversee the Float team, which provides temporary staffing support to Northrim branches. 

Venessa Perry, AVP — Special Credits Officer, Mortgage Collections
Perry rejoined Northrim in 2025. She has worked in the financial industry for 27 years. Perry volunteers at her local food bank and dog and puppy rescue.

Marita Grozier, Branch Manager, Lake Otis Community Branch
Joining Northrim this summer, Grozier brings 17 years of banking experience to the Lake Otis Community Branch. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis in marketing and advertising.
