What is Leadership Anchorage?
Leadership Anchorage is a unique leadership learning experience lasting nine months (September - May), which includes both deep personal growth and a rich breadth of experiences with a dynamic, diverse cohort from all parts of our community. The program is entering its 29th year, and we are excited to select ~20 new members to join the more than 450 distinguished alumni now serving in many capacities across Alaska.

Who should apply?
Leadership Anchorage (LA) seeks established and emerging Alaskan leaders from a diverse range of experiences and backgrounds. Ideal candidates are committed to deepening their leadership capabilities and expanding their impact through new relationships with others from across the state.

Through group experiences, community impact projects, mentorships, readings and personal reflection, selected participants will explore the lessons of leadership through the lens of the humanities while they engage with today's leaders about the dynamic issues and opportunities we face.

Leadership Anchorage is open to any Alaskan, as long as they can commit to being in person at monthly sessions.
