First, thank you SO MUCH for your patience! We have unexpectedly needed to relocate our workouts and have been checking out some different options. But GOOD NEWS, we have found a temporary home.

Starting 8/28 we will be holding workouts at 12870 Old Seward Highway. Spots are limited so please check the schedule and book in ASAP!

To show our appreciation for your continued support, all workouts will temporarily be FREE while we navigate this transition and find our new home. We would greatly appreciate your feedback during this time. If you come to a workout, let us know what you think about this space. If you can no longer come due to the change, also let us know. Our members are our top priority and your opinion matters. This will help us make our decision as we look at our options.
