? File FEMA & State and Red Cross applications
? Appeal denied or underpaid assistance
? Understand what benefits you qualify for
?? Helpful documents to bring (if you have them):
• Photos & documents showing storm damage
• Proof you own and lived in your home
• Any FEMA or State letters/emails

?? Free shuttle every hour starting 9:30 AM – 5 PM from/to evacuee hotels. Departs approximately on the half hour (9:30, 10:30, etc.) Expect up to a 20-minute lobby wait.
