Rasmuson Foundation Names Elizabeth Dickinson to Strengthen Grants Process for Alaska Nonprofits and
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
July 8, 2026
Anchorage, Alaska – Rasmuson Foundation has named Elizabeth Dickinson as Director of Grants
Management, bringing added strength to the systems and support that help nonprofit and local
government, including tribal partners, access and manage funding.
Dickinson will lead the Foundation’s grants management work, focusing on making the process
more transparent, efficient, and responsive for grant recipients. Her role centers on supporting the teams
and systems behind the scenes so that organizations across Alaska can spend less time navigating process and more time serving their communities.
She brings a track record of helping organizations manage complex grants while aligning funding with real community needs. Most recently, as Senior Grants and Finance Director at Catholic Social Services, she worked alongside leadership to ensure funding strategies supported mission-driven work, from basic needs services to long-term stability for families.
Known for her collaborative approach, Dickinson has helped teams navigate change while strengthening compliance and accountability. That combination will support the Foundation’s ongoing effort to make grantmaking clearer, more consistent, and easier to navigate for partners across the state.
Dickinson holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Indiana University, Bloomington, and is a graduate of Leadership Anchorage through the Alaska Humanities Forum. She also serves on the Academic Policy Committee at Aquarian Charter School.
In this role, she leads a team focused on ensuring the Foundation’s grantmaking process works well for the people who rely on it, from first-time applicants to long-standing partners.
