Dave Valdez, CWS®, CLU®, ChFC®, AIF®, formerly Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), and Amber Frizzell, AIF®, formerly Chief Marketing Officer, has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO).

These appointments reflect the firm’s long-term sustainability and the continued elevation of the client experience.

A Visionary Approach to Strategy
In his role as Chief Strategy Officer, Mr. Valdez will shift his focus toward the firm’s long-term vision. He is tasked with driving corporate innovation, overseeing high-level compliance, and refining the firm’s competitive positioning. By moving into this visionary role, Mr. Valdez will lead executive-level growth initiatives and spearhead the recruitment of senior advisors to ensure the firm’s talent pipeline remains robust and forward-looking.

As Chief Operating Officer, Mrs. Frizzell will take the helm of the firm’s internal infrastructure. Building on her success as CMO, she will now oversee the organization's daily pulse. Her focus will be on organizational health, technological integration, and budgetary stewardship. She will also lead the recruitment of associate talent, ensuring the firm’s team is equipped to deliver seamless service.
