Sr Member Services Manager

Under the supervision of the Vice President, Destination Services, this position leads the membership team as they seek new members, generate revenue, and ensure members receive value through Visit Anchorage programs. The Senior Member Services Manager will work to recruit and retain members, sell visitor-facing advertising in all forms to members. Support local advocacy and community relations efforts by energizing and coordinating private industry on shared initiatives important to the industry and the wider community. Work closely with the Events and Community Outreach Manager to develop concepts, coordinate logistics, and host industry events that engage and support the local tourism community.
