Job Title: Screen Technician
Position Type: Seasonal, Part time 20 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 10AM - 2PM, in person. Additional hours may be requested if candidate is available.
Location: 2815 Dawson Street, Suite A | Anchorage, AK 99503
Level/Salary Range: $10 per window screen, additional pay for patio door screens and specialty mesh. Expectation: 15-30 window screens per day

Job Description: Screen technicians are an integral part of the team and are involved in all aspects of our shop. You will produce window screens for our customers and work under the instruction of the shop owner.
A typical day for a screen technician will involve:
• Fabricating window screens using a miter saw and various other tools
• Cutting window screen frame and performing screen frame and mesh replacements
• Checking and inspecting product
• Prepping products and materials
• Ensuring efficient use of materials
• Receiving freight
• Performing other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
This is an entry level position. Experience using power tools is a plus, but not required. We are more interested in your ambition, commitment, and character. We are looking for a team player who can work independently. This is a seasonal position that can transition to full time.
