Join Horace Mann's sales team as an Insurance Specialist with Amy Clark Insurance Agency, LLC! We serve educators on a daily basis and we LOVE what we do! 

As an Insurance Specialist, you’ll have access to warm school-generated leads (no cold calling), gain personalized mentorship, enjoy remote work with in-office flexibility, comprehensive training, excellent sales and marketing tools, & have the opportunity to thrive with a rewarding, incentivized commission structure.

Your Role:

Insurance Specialist (Producer) (1099)

Launch your career with mentorship from an established Agent.

Learn the business, build a pipeline, and develop multi-line skills.

Operate in an exclusive territory (no agent overlap) with support and guidance from Amy Clark, the Agency Owner, along with our Horace Mann Insurance Company marketing team, tech support team, customer service team, & inside sales representatives.

Qualifications:

  • A focus on achieving market access and building strong relationships
  • The ability to confidently present products to both groups and individuals
  • Active engagement in networking, community, and industry events
  • Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage excellent client relationships 
  • Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses, obtained or able to obtain:
  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
