Childcare Teacher (Infant-5 years)
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and Care for Children: Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. • Implement Curriculum: Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and motor development. • Promote Spiritual Growth: Integrate Christian values and biblical principles into daily interactions and activities. • Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a structured yet nurturing classroom setting that fosters learning, exploration, and positive behavior. • Communication: Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding their child’s progress, needs, and daily activities. • Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures, including diapering, feeding, and first-aid protocols. • Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers and staff to create a positive and unified learning environment. • Professional Development: Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Must be at least 18 years old
2. High school diploma or equivalent (CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred)
3. Experience working with infants to preschool-age children in a childcare or educational setting
4. Strong Christian faith and a passion for working with children in a Christ-centered environment
5. Ability to lift 30+ pounds and engage in physical activities with children
6. CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
7. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
