HR Admin

Looking for a detail-oriented HR Admin.
Ideal candidates will exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills, work well both within a team and independently, and be highly organized.
 
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and communicate pre-hire medical onboarding to candidate and acquire candidate details.
  • Create personnel files
  • Respond to calls, assist with application process
  • Assist with HR audits
  • Produce cost analysis of pre-hire med screens protocol
  • Create and maintain office centric HR guide
  • Requisitions and receiving as needed
  • Maintain vendor codes/trade details spreadsheet
  • Bi-monthly travel card reconciliation
 
Full time hours, Monday -Friday with pay starting at $20-$25/HR depending on experience.
 
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 2 years of HR experience
  • 2 years of AP experience
  • Background will be viewed
  • Drug free environment
