Stacey Ledgerwood, Fitness Director West/Club for Women, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor
I have worked with the Alaska Club for over 10 years. I initially was a member who pursued health and fitness and became a group fitness instructor as a hobby while working as a medical assistant. I quit working the medical field 3 years ago when I got certified as a Personal Trainer. One year into training and it was evident that Post Rehabilitation certification was necessary as many members and clients have sustained an injury & have a significant medical history or functional muscular/skeletal problems. Since then, I have flourished into health and fitness full-time and find it is my passion to help the community with overall health and wellness. In past years I have instructed water aerobics, Pilates, and currently instruct group power and indoor cycling.
I enjoy hiking, biking, diving, and just being outdoors in the fresh air. I look forward to meeting all of you online!
