Open House - Covenant House Alaska

November is Youth Homelessness Awareness Month (YHAM), a time to come together as a community to learn, take action, and stand with young people experiencing homelessness and trafficking.

One of the best ways to get involved is by joining us for the Covenant House Alaska Open House on Wednesday, November 5th, from 1:30–6:30 PM. This free event offers a behind-the-scenes look at how we walk alongside Alaska’s youth with safety, hope, and opportunity every day.

You’ll have the chance to:

• Explore our programs and services that provide 24/7 support and care.
• Take a guided tour (every hour and half-hour, last tour at 6:00 PM).
• Learn about hands-on ways to make an impact, including our upcoming kit-packing opportunities, where volunteers assemble essential care kits for youth in need.

Attending the Open House is a meaningful way to show your support this YHAM, to learn, connect, and take tangible steps toward ending youth homelessness in our community.
