Roseann Freitas is a Public Relations & Communications Manager for the Better Business Bureau Great West + Pacific, with over 25 years of experience in public relations, communication, marketing, and consumer outreach. In addition, she brings her expertise in understanding small business operations in the home remodeling industry to the BBB. Roseann sits on various boards and committees, including Executive Women International, National Kitchen & Bath Association, and the Building Industry Association.
Roseann has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Mount Olive College in North Carolina. She is a faculty member for Executive Women International?s Academy of Leadership (AOL) and a Voices of the Industry presenter for the National Kitchen and Bath Association.
Roseann loves to Jazzercise, find sea glass, build puzzles, and spend time with her family.

Registration is due by 5 pm the Thursday prior, but please RSVP at your earliest convenience. A $2 fee will be added to all walk-in registrations, and available seating is not guaranteed. CANCELLATION NOTE: For a full refund, registration must be canceled by 5 pm the Thursday prior. No refunds will be given after this date. If you do not arrive by 12:00 pm, your seat will be forfeited. All registrations are transferable to another person upon your request.
