Chamber Academy - Voluntary Benefits & Enrollment Best Practices in the New Covid World
Employers in Anchorage know all too well how challenging providing a strong benefit package can be to attract and retain quality employees. With Alaska having the highest healthcare costs in the world, sometimes looking to non-traditional and/or "voluntary" or employee-paid programs can ease the financial burden.
In this one hour presentation, Pamela Whitfield, Voluntary Agency owner and practice leader for 25 years will speak to the new concerns that employees have with Covid while introducing voluntary programs that specifically speak to the virus's impact on our pocketbooks and financial concerns.
With the workplace forever changed, Ms. Whitfield will identify new ways to present and enroll these programs ending with case studies and leaving employers in attendance with new ideas to help to re-evaluate the programs they may have currently in place to risk to the new threats and the virtual solutions that are needed to rise above them.
