What it's about?  Anchorage's ban on all plastic shopping bags.  Who decided this? What did they do? Why did they do it? When does it take effect?  Where will I get non-plastic bags?  And what's that 10c per bag fee all about?

John started his work career as an economic consultant. He now owns a retail business with two locations and a couple commercial properties.
