The Anchorage Chamber's Young Professionals Group (YPG) proudly hosts the 2025 Alaska Young Professionals Summit, a two-day conference to develop Alaska's workforce and prepare, motivate, and inspire attendees to be informed, productive leaders.

This year's summit is designed to help you grow, no matter where you are in your career journey. We'll cover a wide range of topics, from the practical (negotiation, employee management) to the cutting-edge (artificial intelligence, peak performance), and everything in between.

At the annual Summit...

• More than 200 young professionals attend a series of immersive sessions and panels presented by successful and experienced business, government, and community leaders
• attendees are fueled by a dynamic keynote speaker, Emma Broyles, Miss America 2022, insightful discussions, and the opportunity to connect with local experts
• Content is geared toward all levels of employees and executives and we welcome professionals from all industries

Emma Broyles, is a second-generation Alaskan born and raised in Anchorage. She had the privilege of holding the title of Miss America 2022 - being the first Alaskan and Korean-American to do so, during the organization’s 100th anniversary. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in biomedical sciences and opera performance in 2024 with the goal of attending PA school to continue her work with breast cancer patients receiving reconstructive surgery.
