SIGNATURE O.G. (FULL BODY)
A 45-minute boxing and strength workout that delivers results in a fun, high-energy setting. This full-body format will work you out from head to toe and you'll walk out sweat-drenched and maced -out with an endorphin high like none other. 10 rounds, 2 fists, 0 experience necessary.

THE WORK
Each 10-round, 45-minute fight is evenly split between two styles of training. Half of the class is spent exploring the skills and drills of boxing, and the other half is spent on the transformative power of resistance training.

THE VIBES
With a mega-watt sound system and custom Rumble-only playlists, the music will help you smash, the vibes in the room are decidedly inclusive and positive. When we say, “10 rounds, 2 fists, ZERO experience necessary,” we truly mean it.

MISSION: To connect diverse young professionals across the area to create a force that will both strengthen and grow Anchorage and its young professional community, with the ultimate goal of attracting even more young professionals to share their talents and make Anchorage their home.

The Young Professionals Group is made up of business professionals and corporate leaders between the ages of 21-39 who are ready to work hard, play hard and make a positive impact in the greater community of Anchorage. 

YPG averages dozens of professionals per event, and has implemented a variety of avenues for professionals to develop key business skills and strategies, grow personally and professionally, and provide unique networking opportunities with other motivated and social professionals.
