Allow 1.5 hours. Seward Highway to Whittier. Arrive at the Anton Anderson Memorial Tunnel by 10:30 AM. Tunnel toll $13 per standard vehicle. Cliffside Marina Parking ADA $15/day. Public lot $10/day.
