Lisa Sauder Executive Director of Beans Cafe; and Paul Fuhs, Executive Director of the Fairview Business Association; Christopher Constant  of the Fairview Business Association; and Melinda Fremon of Rural Cap will discuss Anchorage’s growing homeless inebriate problem. The panel will discuss the efforts put forth in 2013 to help alleviate the inebriation issues in Anchorage.
