Challenge Alaska Drive In Movie Nights Fundraiser

Join us for the Annual Challenge Alaska fundraiser for a different kind of ski film experience: drive-in movie nights! We’ll transform the Daylodge parking lot into an outdoor film screening venue, complete with a big screen, mountain-town energy, and two great showings each night.

At the 7:00 PM showings, we’ll feature the newest ski and snowboard film from Teton Gravity Research. Each year, TGR brings together some of the world’s top skiers and snowboarders, stunning locations, and unforgettable cinematography for a film that celebrates the adventure, creativity, and progression of mountain culture.

At the 10:00 PM showings, we’ll showcase the Best of Northern Aspects Film Festival, featuring powerful and creative stories from Alaska’s outdoor community. Northern Aspects highlights local voices, wild places, and the people who live, work, and play in the North.

Want to make a full night of it? Guests can purchase a discounted combo ticket to enjoy both films in one evening. We’ll have food options available in the Daylodge Loop, along with a beer garden featuring Alyeska Resort and Girdwood Brewing Company. Make it a Girdwood getaway by snagging a room at Alyeska Resort and joining us for a fun fall evening in the mountains.

EVENT POLICIES: -Price is per vehicle -Larger Vehicles will be directed to the back of the lot (trucks, vans, taller vehicles, etc.) -Vehicles with rooftop items like rocket boxes will be considered large vehicles -Tall vehicles like Sprinter Vans will be in the back rows -Pull behind Trailers are prohibited -Motorhomes / RVs are prohibited -NO open flames in the parking lot -Vehicles must have FM Radio to access film audio -Dogs may be in the venue but leashes are required -This event is weather dependent. High winds may cause this event to be cancelled. -Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Challenge Alaska.
