Balancing Act: An ASD Budget Workshop

Try your hand at balancing ASD's budget. Provide input on how ASD should approach the 2026-27 budget. Using an online tool, called Balancing Act, participants can explore spending options and see how different choices affect our financial outlook. At the workshop, you will: --Get an overview of ASD’s financial picture and how we reached a $77 million deficit. --Use the Balancing Act tool to explore spending options and set your priorities. --See in real time how your choices affect the budget gap. --Share your recommendations with District leadership and the Board. --District leaders will be available to answer questions and discuss ideas as you work through real scenarios to balance the budget.
