Enjoy a FREE hour-long concert of constitutional proportions! A fun look at the confluence of the legal world and the arts, through short presentations on the legal legacy of the Supreme Court paired with selected scenes from operas that reflect those values. Works by Gilbert & Sullivan, Mozart, Puccini & Benjamin Britten performed by fabulous local talent! The perfect primer for Anchorage Opera's Alaska premiere production of Scalia/Ginsburg (Feb 2, 3 & 4 at the PAC), this cultural program focuses on the titular justices’ shared love of opera and celebrates the virtues of civil discourse. An event in partnership with the Anchorage Museum. (This is an after museum hours event. Please enter by the 7th Ave entrance)
